Work Environment

This remote position allows you to deliver care in a flexible workspace while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Although primarily virtual, you will have opportunities to connect in-person with team members during case review meetings and client resources events. You will utilize cutting-edge technology, including SimplePractice, to maintain client records and engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring an effective and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.
• Develop collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment based on their progress.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing SimplePractice for efficient record-keeping.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other support resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage actively in continued learning and professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, including enhancing the clinic's presence on professional platforms such as Psychology Today.
• Participate in internal meetings, including weekly case reviews, to discuss treatment approaches and enhance service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, emphasizing support for individuals from marginalized communities. Your work will focus on clients grappling with mental health challenges, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. Your compassionate approach will enable clients to navigate their unique experiences in a safe and affirming setting, fostering their resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating effective practice in therapeutic settings.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a cohesive team atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth and digital counseling platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.
• Background in community outreach and building professional networks.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
