Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver holistic care, integrating various perspectives and treatment modalities.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with research in the mental health field, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family dynamics, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in remote or telehealth counseling settings.
