Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, identifying their mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans that emphasize measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address specific mental health challenges.
• Provide structured support and coping strategies for clients dealing with PTSD, enabling them to navigate their recovery journey effectively.
• Manage a caseload of clients by documenting case notes and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to ICD-9 standards for clear record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review client progress, share insights, and develop comprehensive approaches to therapy.
• Engage with families through counseling, helping them to establish healthier dynamics and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, and emotional distress. Your ability to build rapport and connect with clients from different backgrounds will empower them on their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in therapy and case management, demonstrating proficiency in clinical practice.
• Comprehensive understanding of therapeutic methodologies, specifically CBT, ABA, and other evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for developing therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience are required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care or specialized training in contemporary therapeutic techniques will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with digital health technologies and telehealth practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
