Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and providing ethical, compassionate counseling to students with varying levels of mental health needs.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on low-acuity adult clients, fostering their development of coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R) in New York.

• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Proficiency in technology, with stable Wi-Fi capability to conduct remote consultations seamlessly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
