This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services via telehealth. Our technology-driven approach enables you to maintain a flexible schedule, with options to manage a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week. We take care of all administrative tasks, giving you the freedom to concentrate on your clients' therapeutic needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, specifically addressing mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records for managing patient information and therapy notes efficiently.
\n
• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, stress management, couples therapy, and addiction counseling.
\n
• Participate in clinical consultations with an interdisciplinary team, integrating input from physicians and psychologists to inform treatment planning and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and prepare reports as needed, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health service delivery and contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical procedures.

Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in mental health care.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health records systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health setting, particularly with clients who may present with complex mental health needs.

• Training or certification in specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
