This role will be fully remote, allowing flexibility to manage your schedule within a supportive team structure. You will work primarily with clients via teletherapy platforms, ensuring access to services while maintaining a personal connection. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based therapy plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and caseworkers, to ensure holistic care and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, trainings, and the latest mental health conferences to stay abreast of best practices and developments in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role provides an opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet each individual's cultural and personal needs.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a valid New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice mental health counseling.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical counseling in a similar setting.

• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, combined with proficiency in ethical and legal standards pertinent to mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care, family therapy, substance abuse counseling, or similar areas of practice is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience.
