Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and resource availability.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals that align with clients' treatment needs and aspirations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary to support client safety and immediate needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and other relevant information in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enrich clients’ therapeutic journeys.

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
