Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate counseling and crisis intervention to clients, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral problems through both one-on-one and group sessions.

• Conduct detailed initial and ongoing psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Actively engage in the multidisciplinary team process, collaborating with fellow therapists and counselors to support and enhance the overall treatment plan for clients.

Qualifications\n
