Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are responsive to the unique needs of clients.

• Execute timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate clinical records and preparing pertinent reports.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to evaluate and monitor client progress.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services remain compliant and high-quality.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate resource access for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to align with community standards and promote Summit's mission.

• Develop relationships with local and state organizations to identify funding opportunities and foster partnerships that enhance our service offerings.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and community representation, ensuring you remain at the forefront of best practices.

• Promote the integration of the agency’s values and mission in all interactions and clinical processes.

• Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as directed by the Clinic Director.

Summit Counseling Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
