About the Role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be a trusted partner responsible for keeping our CEO organized, focused, and operating at maximum effectiveness. You'll manage a fast-moving schedule, coordinate travel, handle day-to-day logistics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work closely with the CEO and collaborate across the company to help drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. What You'll Do Manage a busy, constantly evolving calendar, proactively prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and protecting focus time Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries Monitor the CEO's inbox for scheduling requests and ensure timely responses and follow-up Handle a wide range of administrative requests, including appointments, reservations, and other personal and professional logistics Plan and coordinate company events such as offsites, team dinners, all-hands meetings, and executive gatherings Support office management and day-to-day operational logistics as needed Anticipate the CEO's needs, proactively solving problems before they arise Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal teams and external partners Provide occasional administrative support to other team members, including coordinating travel and schedules for conferences, customer meetings, and other business events What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or other C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage a demanding, constantly changing calendar with sound judgment and attention to detail Strong experience coordinating complex travel logistics and itineraries Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Calm under pressure and resourceful when navigating last-minute changes Flexible and available to accommodate occasional off-hours requests related to travel or urgent business needs Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Nice to Have (but not required) Experience supporting a founder or executive at a high-growth startup Experience planning company events or executive offsites Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern productivity tools Why Join Slash Be part of one of the fastest-growing fintech startups redefining business banking.
