Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients in a variety of therapeutic exercises, utilizing techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, including proper body mechanics and injury prevention strategies.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on their evolving needs, maintaining effective communication with the patient and the care team.
• Document all interventions meticulously to ensure accurate billing and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with healthcare providers to share insights and develop cohesive care strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Flex & Move Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, from elderly individuals recovering from hip or knee replacements to adults managing chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis or post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification and membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, demonstrating familiarity with a variety of treatments and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
