Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, a fast-paced environment designed to enhance rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and best practices.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques and targeted interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to promote recovery and increase functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness strategies, empowering them to take ownership of their health.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring all interventions are tracked and modifications to treatment plans are made as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring seamless care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a diverse array of patients, primarily those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions affecting mobility. Your expertise will aid individuals of all ages, from athletes seeking to return to sports to older adults aiming to enhance their mobility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Nevada or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment.

Preferred Experience
