Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will work within a fast-paced, structured environment that encourages teamwork and open communication. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. The clinic is designed with patient comfort in mind, featuring modern treatment rooms, rehabilitation equipment, and areas dedicated to patient education and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement patterns, pain levels, and overall physical function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients on recovery strategies and injury prevention, fostering a proactive approach to their health.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, each with unique needs and rehabilitative goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• A current license to practice physical therapy in Nevada or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, facilitating efficient patient documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits
