Work Environment

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in clients' homes, offering you the unique opportunity to observe and address challenges in the patients' familiar environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' strengths, abilities, and limitations to develop customized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise regimens, to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and promote independence.
• Clearly educate patients and their families on exercises, daily living strategies, and ways to maximize progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and modifications to treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain conditions. Our patients benefit from your expertise in managing their physical rehabilitation, and you will play a pivotal role in their journey to regain movement and functionality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible for a current Nevada state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to foster effective communication with clients and their caregivers.
• Basic proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
