Work Environment

You will work in a vibrant and inclusive rehabilitation facility that values teamwork and collaboration. Our onsite therapy center is designed to foster an encouraging atmosphere for both staff and patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, with work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our facility offers a state-of-the-art gym, private therapy rooms, and easy access to support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs to establish baselines for treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and individualized patient goals.
• Execute various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using Raintree, ensuring compliance with all clinic policies and regulatory standards to facilitate continuity of care.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and home exercises to maximize recovery potential.
• Monitor patient progress closely, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to foster optimal recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on caring for patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and educate patients and their families.
• A commitment to continued professional development and best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in orthopedic care.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically Raintree or similar software.
• Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
