Work Environment

You will work regular hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, representing a balanced schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility issues, and rehabilitation needs to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient goals and requirements.
• Implement a range of therapeutic programs, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and educating patients and caregivers on self-management techniques.
• Utilize our electronic health record system, Raintree, to maintain precise documentation, ensuring compliance with all clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to enhance overall health and recovery.
• Regularly track and assess patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients who present a wide array of orthopedic issues. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, patients with sports-related injuries, and those dealing with chronic conditions affecting mobility. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through tailored rehabilitation programs, ensuring that they reach their full potential in recovery and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Possession of an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records, specifically Raintree, is advantageous, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
