Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient office in Pahrump, Nevada. Your work schedule will typically span Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, offering consistency and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations, utilizing evidence-based evaluation methods.
• Create collaborative, personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like heat and electrical stimulation.
• Implement hands-on techniques and supervisory exercises while monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about proper body mechanics, postural alignment, and effective injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, integrating feedback from occupational therapists, physicians, and other specialists.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes to track improvement and inform future care strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is mandatory.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Strong proficiency in advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
