Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' mobility levels and physical functions, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation strategies based on comprehensive assessments and patient-specific goals.
• Administer a wide range of therapeutic modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress using Raintree, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and legal standards.
• Educate patients and their families about at-home care practices, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Continuously review and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
