Work Environment

As part of our on-site team, you will work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing focused attention to each patient without the distraction of techs or aides, allowing for quality interactions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to promote optimal recovery and effectively manage pain.
• Focus solely on one patient per hour, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive, high-quality care tailored to their recovery goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance overall patient outcomes and facilitate seamless rehabilitation processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings is essential for this position.
