Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist patients in overcoming their injuries and achieving functional independence.
• Maintain excellent communication with patients and their families, providing education on treatment methods and home exercises to foster continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through shared insights and treatment strategies.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
