Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying advanced techniques for orthopedic rehabilitation, including manual therapy, strength training, and mobility exercises.
• Record and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Deliver care in-clinic or at patients' homes, aligning with physician's care plans to facilitate a smooth recovery journey.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a positive patient experience during every interaction.
• Engage in patient education to empower individuals and their caregivers with the knowledge necessary for successful rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
• Basic computer skills for managing patient documentation and utilization of electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in manual therapy or advanced orthopedic rehabilitation techniques will be favored. Experience working in home care settings is also beneficial.
