Our team is comprised of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care to our patients. We primarily accept private medical insurance, ensuring accessible and client-centric service delivery.

Work Environment

This position is situated in a vibrant and dynamic rehabilitation facility in Sterling, Virginia, where you'll work onsite with a supportive and professional team. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation tools and technology, fostering an environment that encourages expertise and responsiveness to patient needs. You will be operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while meeting the needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify each patient's goals and needs to create personalized care plans.
• Provide treatment to 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring individualized attention that caters to their unique recovery processes.
• Possess and apply orthopedic outpatient experience to offer effective, cost-efficient treatment solutions.
• Utilize a comprehensive mix of treatment methodologies, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to enhance patient mobility and independence.
• Educate patients on alternative options to medications and surgeries by promoting evidence-based interventions.
• Design wellness-oriented programs that focus on fitness, mobility, and rehabilitation tailored to patients' specifications.
• Foster a motivational atmosphere, encouraging patients through their therapeutic journeys to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all care services thoroughly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus at Gotham Enterprises Ltd is on clients recovering from orthopedic issues. You will work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, post-operative cases, and individuals rehabilitating from injuries. Our objective is not only to rehabilitate but to empower our clients to lead healthier lives by improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functionality.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and expertise in therapeutic exercises.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans based on individual patient assessment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and up-to-date treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
