This position allows for a flexible remote work setting while also participating in outpatient office visits as necessary. Your work hours will generally fall between Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on the geriatric population, which includes individuals aged 65 and older. Patients may present with a range of psychiatric conditions requiring specialized care, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, various dementia-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties due to life changes. Providing compassionate, respectful, and individualized care is paramount in our approach to support this vulnerable demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
