Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of elderly patients’ mental health, considering factors such as cognitive decline, physical illness, and socio-environmental influences.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the diverse needs of older adults, incorporating therapeutic modalities suitable for their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, utilizing therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive counseling tailored to address geriatric mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise and experience.
