Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting virtual counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Assessing patients’ mental health statuses and developing personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic objectives and methods.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate client records, including clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with telehealth best practices.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Engaging in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Coordinating with families and support networks to develop effective treatment and discharge plans that align with the client's goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting. Experience in telehealth service delivery is a plus and will be considered a significant advantage as we continue to enhance our remote service capabilities.
