Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting, therapeutic relationship with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
