Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify family needs and facilitate appropriate referrals to community-based services.

• Manage and respond effectively within crisis-driven scenarios, demonstrating knowledge in areas such as substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and various mental health conditions.

• Engage in direct counseling sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to client needs while documenting progress in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide team-based care, sharing insights related to clients' psychosocial stressors, to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including patient medical history, assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes, to support quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least three years of proven experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
