Responsible for the sale of fluid handling and flow control equipment, including pumps, valves, electric motors, actuators, and related products. Develops long-term relationships with key customer accounts and serves as the voice of the customer within the organization. Principal Responsibilities

Responsible for the sale of fluid handling and flow control equipment, including pumps, valves, electric motors, actuators, and related products. Develops long-term relationships with key customer accounts and serves as the voice of the customer within the organization. Principal Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives, including buyers, engineers, and other professional and technical personnel, to communicate the value and performance of products and services.
- Review requests for quotation (RFQs), specifications, drawings, plans, and other customer documentation to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate project management activities for major contracts, including contract review, communication of requirements, progress tracking, and document submissions.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including delivery-related concerns.
- Provide customer reports in a timely and organized manner.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and other internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Coordinate and process milestone payments.
- Organize and manage customer program and project review meetings.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and trade shows.
- Assist finance teams with pricing, compliance requirements, and collection-related matters.
- Strong written communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Highly organized and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Ability to meet any applicable regulatory, compliance, or security requirements associated with the position.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, marine, transportation, energy, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of fluid systems, pumps, valves, and related mechanical equipment is preferred.
