Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Create, implement, and manage individualized treatment and discharge plans, collaborating with clients and their families to ensure shared understanding and ownership of the process.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops as scheduled, promoting engagement and community-building among participants.

• Maintain regular weekly communication with clients' family members and relevant referral sources to offer updates and gather insights for continuous care improvement.

• Participate proactively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

• Ensure comprehensive and compliant documentation of all client interactions and outcomes, adhering to licensing standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse caseload of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will provide care that empowers clients to develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment, ideally within a telehealth setting.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Proficient in computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client cases effectively.

• Demonstrated self-direction and capability to work independently without close supervision.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and psychoeducational workshops.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Previous involvement in clinical supervision or mentoring roles is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
