Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, including intake and ongoing evaluations to track progress.

• Lead therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, providing tailored support whether clients are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related disciplines is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000 per year, inclusive of a sign-on bonus for eligible licensed professionals.
