Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to understand clients' mental health issues and clinical histories, leading to accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based modalities tailored specifically to each client's needs and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that encourage engagement and foster a safe space for exploration and healing.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for our clients.
• Guide clients and their families through the maze of mental health issues and treatment options, while advocating strongly for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with qualifications including LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills that ensure high-quality client evaluations.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
