Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual treatment sessions with clients either in their homes or at our outpatient clinic, tailoring interventions to the specific needs of each child and family.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help children manage emotions, improve coping skills, and foster social interactions while reducing high-risk behaviors such as self-injury and aggression.

• Engage with caregivers to enhance decision-making skills and collaboratively develop strategies for managing behavioral issues at home.

• Document all relevant client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights, observations, and recommendations to optimize client care and therapy strategies.

• Be available for a minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4 PM to 7 PM), with potential weekend sessions as needed.

The Therapist will work closely with children aged 3-20, particularly those facing developmental delays and cognitive challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
