Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth and in-clinic settings, creating treatment plans that reflect clients' specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge mental health challenges and interpersonal dynamics, developing targeted strategies for improvement.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address complex relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and alleviating family stressors.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the physical and emotional safety of clients and their families during high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation.

• Guide clients in developing effective communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and coping strategies to enhance their quality of relationships and emotional health.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to facilitate integrated care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training programs, and staying informed about advancements in family therapy methodologies.

This role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, which includes adults, couples, and families navigating various challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
