This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a suitable work-life balance. While our outpatient office is open Monday through Saturday, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule. The supportive infrastructure we provide includes in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation and scheduling, enabling you to focus more on delivering high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, and developing appropriate treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to patients, using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized treatment modalities.

• Regularly communicating with team members regarding the assessment, treatment plans, and overall interdisciplinary care, participating in meetings to collaborate effectively on patient care strategies.

• Providing essential case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintaining ethical and timely documentation of treatment processes in alignment with department standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week, maximizing your availability to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, those with background knowledge or training in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy will be highly regarded. Experience working within a collaborative team structure will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
