Enterprise Technology Lead, Senior Manager

Enterprise Technology Lead, Senior Manager role at Kite (Gilead Sciences) providing strategic and technical leadership for cell order management and supply chain technology systems. This position leads cross-functional teams and technology partners while ensuring compliant, scalable solutions that support cancer therapy operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead onshore and offshore technical analyst teams; establish support model and performance management with system integration partners
- Translate business priorities into scalable, compliant technology solutions for cell order management and supply chain systems
- Serve as primary technical authority and escalation point for critical incidents affecting patient treatment and supply chain operations
- Own IT business capability roadmap for Kite Konnect platforms in partnership with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics stakeholders
- Oversee release planning, SDLC governance, deployment readiness, and operational resilience of enterprise and supply chain systems
Requirements
- Master's degree with 8+ years IT experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years IT experience
- 10+ years supporting ERP platforms including Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP
- 5+ years leading digital operations or technical teams in complex global environments
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong business acumen connecting technology strategy to operational outcomes
- Experience with system integration, incident management, and supply chain technology
- Knowledge of compliance, data governance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare or life sciences
