Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, ensuring each evaluation is culturally sensitive and in-depth to understand the unique situations of clients.

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that empower clients to cultivate resilience, enhance their coping skills, and achieve their treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care.

• Create and refine crisis management strategies, including safety protocols, relapse prevention tactics, and comprehensive recovery plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to the overall growth and learning of the group.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and significant life changes. Your ability to address the varying needs and experiences of your clients will be essential to the efficacy of the therapeutic process, ensuring that each client feels supported and understood throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current Virginia license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n

• Demonstrated ability to manage and address diverse client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
