Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• At least two years of related experience in providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
