Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress by meticulously documenting treatments, outcomes, and any modifications made to therapy plans.
• Regularly reassess therapeutic goals, adapting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and progress.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on proper use of assistive devices and self-care techniques to promote independence.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field by attending educational workshops and engaging in continuing professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
