• Serve as a critical resource for families, providing them with information and strategies to support their child's developmental goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices to effectively engage with children and families.

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and nurturing learning atmosphere.

• Implement IFSPs tailored to each family and child, adjusting the frequency of services based on developmental needs and family preferences.

• Follow all Federal and State regulations and compliance standards to ensure quality care and safety for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker role involves working directly with infants and toddlers who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. Our programs aim to help these children develop essential skills—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills—during their formative years, which are crucial for their long-term success. You will play a pivotal role in enabling families to be informed and engaged advocates for their child's development.
