Blissful Balance Therapeutic Services is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote role. As a vital member of our outpatient psychiatric clinic, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care and improving the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

As a remote organization, your work will predominantly take place from the comfort of your own home, offering you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while staying committed to patient care. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be necessary to meet the needs of our patients effectively. You will have the opportunity to collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to creating holistic treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological needs, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.

• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and providing communal support to attendees.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide coordinated care and support for holistic patient treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, effectively utilizing de-escalation strategies to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower their recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential patient records through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and continue professional development.

• Commit to ongoing education by staying current with new research, therapy modalities, and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders and delivering evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and team members.

• Strong adherence to professional ethics and standards, displaying sound judgment in patient interactions.

• Competency in utilizing EHR software and other technological tools pertinent to therapy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic setting is required, ideally with a focus on outpatient mental health services. Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus, as it enhances your ability to understand diverse patient needs and navigate systemic challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
