This position is fully remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home while staying connected through virtual consultations and meetings. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on providing a work-life balance conducive to both professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive change.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment progress are documented thoroughly.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in regular meetings to discuss cases and strategize on patient care.

• Engage in peer review discussions and case consultations to enhance the quality of mental health services provided, while continuously improving your own practice based on feedback and shared insights.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and with different mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
