Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients entering hospice care to identify their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each unique situation.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients dealing with terminal illness, grief, depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to enhance their emotional well-being and support their families during this critical time.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including suicide prevention and risk assessment, to ensure the safety and stability of clients in distress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, and social workers to coordinate and optimize holistic client care and facilitate open communication regarding treatment goals and plans.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
