Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, without the stress of on-call responsibilities. You will have access to integrated software systems, including an electronic medical record (EMR) platform, that streamlines documentation and enhances patient care quality. Our supportive operational teams will assist you with IT, billing, and member account inquiries, ensuring you can focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to help them achieve their treatment goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow mental health counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize self-assessment tools and progress measures to evaluate client improvements, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights.

• Participate in weekly live consultation sessions with clinic leadership to receive support, share insights, and foster professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a broad patient population, specifically adult clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. You will employ culturally responsive approaches, fostering an inclusive therapy environment that respects and honors the diversity of each client’s background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Active and independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year.

• Firm understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health practice, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
