Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of mood disorders, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of their conditions.

• Collaborate with clients to devise individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
