Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, risk factors, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to promote community engagement and shared experiences among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, team-based care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling is preferred. Candidates who have provided telehealth services in the past or have experience in outpatient settings will find this role particularly rewarding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
