Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans to comply with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Managing appointments and schedules effectively to ensure continuity of care, which includes setting up follow-up sessions that accommodate clients' availability.

• Collaborating with colleagues to develop treatment plans and share insights regarding client care, enhancing overall therapeutic effectiveness.

• Utilizing a billing service for claims processing and insurance-related inquiries, allowing you to focus predominantly on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with hospice patients and their families, addressing a full spectrum of clinical presentations. This role requires a nuanced understanding of grief, loss, and the emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals navigating end-of-life experiences. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for patients and providing essential support to their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus structure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
