This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through our secure telehealth platform. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within a standard Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM timeframe. As you work within this setup, you can utilize various digital tools, such as electronic health records and teleconferencing software, to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Document all sessions and client interactions meticulously to maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a valid and active New York State license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
