Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for adult clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations, ensuring that clients receive the immediate care they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Hold active licensure or be license-eligible as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Maintain active registration with the appropriate professional regulatory body and carry professional liability insurance.

• Exhibit proficiency in conducting assessments, scoring, and writing detailed reports for adult clients.
