Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison between families, school staff, and outpatient providers to ensure cohesive care and support for students.

• Engage in proactive communication with insurance companies regarding pre-certification and utilization management processes.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare strategies to foster continued client progress post-therapy.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding students to build a healthy relationship with food while addressing underlying emotional factors.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, acknowledging and respecting their diverse identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, each encountering their own challenges within the educational environment. You will be working closely with students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
