Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of each student you serve, ensuring tailored interventions.

• Provide individual and group counseling focused on mental health and behavioral issues, employing evidence-based modalities to guide treatment.

• Develop and execute personalized care plans in collaboration with students, parents, and the educational team, emphasizing behavioral modifications, coping strategies, and lifestyle adjustments.

• Support students in establishing and achieving personal, academic, and mental health goals through ongoing synchronous and asynchronous engagement.

• Initiate regular outreach to students based on their preferences and needs, creating supportive pathways to encourage engagement and behavior change.

• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress notes, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

You will primarily work with students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
